im really tired and getting sick of SG ppl.. haiz..
working in a customer service is really no good.. all day got complains.. you gg !
good luck man.. lol..

since today is the school re-opening day, alot of parents called.. and lots of complaints was recieved.. some are reasonable.. but alot are unreasonable.. as if i owe them a life like that.. keep on asking "why?" , "is that how you all work?" , "what bullshit is this??" , "i want to complain" , "ah, you better give me a good reason or i complain to school or the MOE"..

alot and alot more.. luckily i have abit of knowledge in customer services.. coz my SAF NS time.. i was a office clerk too.. recieve complains too.. first time recieve this kind of complain.. sure very "uh, uh, uh, uh" like 5 fishballs stuck into your mouth..
but now is ok.. recieve till sian already..

so i settled most of the cases.. but got 2 ultimate one.. still cannot settle.. have to bring up to the management.. i think the parent have some mental problems..

1 called and say the bus shouldn't wait for outside.. must turn in.. keep on insisting must turn in.. and i tried to help him.. to check the bus number.. but he was very unfriendly.. he refuse to give me his child details.. so i can't help him.. he was very pissed and say we should have the details what..(come on la.. if you dont give me the details.. how the hell am i going to help you, everything also dont wanna give me know.. how to help?, you think this is a machine?? you called us.. and we know who are you?? and where you stay?? and details of you??, hello.. this is year 2008 .. not 8002.. technology where got so high..) and then later nevermind.. talk till he pissed.. and wanna talk to another person who knows well and better then me.. so i transfered and hold the call to my colleague.. and the line was gone.. he called back.. and said i hang up his phone !! WTF ??!! , this kind of uncle dont even know what is hold and wait.. hear the holding tone, and he thought that i hang up.. omg.. and keep complaining non-stop..
he got very pissed.. im really sick of him..

but anyway.. if you are in the customer service line.. there's always 1 phrase.. where ever you go.. you will hear "Customers is always right" .. yes its true that customers is always right.. but you dont even help us.. how are we going to help you? we are not from Year 8002.. we are Year 2008.. you expect to call us.. and we know who are you and have your details??
go to the dreamland man !

i really hate those complain.. but what can we do?? we can't scold or fight back even we also can't stand them anymore.. we can't.. lol..

forget about this crap..

but there are some people who actually understands.. SOME ONLY.. they are very easy to talk to.. and of course i apologise to them.. and they was like "no no no, its ok.. this is not your fault".. i feel very.. what.. lol.. feel like giving them something or saying thanks to them..
because some of the people knows what's customer service.. and i believe they are in customers service too.. so they will understand us.. and not like others.. as if i owe them a life like that.. not my fault also shoot.. i wanna help them.. but they refuse to help me.. and i fail to give them the info.. also my fault.. lol

what the hell man??.. can't really understand some of the people living in this world.. SO unreasonable.. especially Singaporeans.. scare of death (kia si).. die also dont want to lose (kiasu..) very unreasonable.. like to threaten people.. and ALOT MORE..

for customer service.. all they know is to call and shoot complains to us.. a little bit also wanna complain.. especially those housewife.. in the house nothing to do.. like to complain and talk at the back of people..

very sian.. and felt very threatening ("if you dont, i will complain to the newspaper, MOE, schools, all the parents")

just what the hell is going on with this kind of people living in this world.. they should all vanish from this world.. to hell with all these bad people in this beautiful world..

i think also no much use.. now adays.. you are very easy to be a bad person.. but if you want to be a good person.. is damn hard.. no way man.. and for your info.. there are more bad people in this world then good people.. its only good and bad.. there an't normal.. if you are normal.. something is wrong.. you either belong to the BAD .. or to the GOOD..
(humans can never get along well with humans)

what you think, you dont have to tell me, keep it to yourself.

that's what i am VERY SICK of this.. even if im the customer.. i dont do this.. i understand them.. normally i call them.. like... StarHub.. or SingNet.. or mobile services.. or anything to do with service.. i called them.. and ask for help in a polite way.. i wouldn't say "why?" this word in my conversation.. because 1 thing about customer service is that you are very afraid to hear this word "WHY?" in all conversation.. lol.. am i correct (: ?

like got one time.. they recieve my bills for my StarHub contract.. so they cut off my line.. but i've already paid tru 7-eleven.. on the date due date..
for some people.. they get pissed and call starhub and scold.. "i pay already.. why u cut off my line.."
most of the people react in this way..

(i put it in a simple way, so you can understand)
but for me.. i dont get pissed.. i will call them kindly.. and telling them i have paid tru this 7-eleven.. on this date.. this timing.. i have the receipt number.. do you want it??.. so do you mind help me check and get back to me..?
so after an hour.. they called me.. and say that there was an admin error.. they recieved the payment.. but someone forgotten to inform the one in-charge..

so they keep apologising to me.. very sorry.. and sorry.. i kept saying its ok.. no problem.. actually it is also my fault too.. to pay on the last date due day.. lol.. then they also was shocked.. then i say i understand you.. its not your fault.. your not the one who did this.. and i explain to him.. i am also in the customer service.. so i understand you.. he was like thanking me.. haha.. and says that i am a very good customer to them.. so we joke and ended the call..

so that's all ! .. 2 person gets happy at the same time.. me and the officer in charge.. rather then you complain.. why like that? why like this ? why ? why ? why ? .. and in the end make a very small trouble.. into a VERY big trouble.. and in the end people are pissed.. and worried.. and it may involve higher management people in that company, and make things very difficult for them..

this is why.. such a small problem.. can grow big.. JUST BECAUSE of SOME PEOPLE in this WORLD.. they are unhelpful and bad..
i feel really very sorry and sad for them..

but if you think that i type all these are bullshit and strongly disagree to me.. then sorry.. BAD GUY.. kuttabachimae to you.. and good luck !~

today woke up so early.. in the morning.. 5am.. then prepare.. and off to work !
and went home at around 9pm.. but this is just for this week.. haha.. need to be very early.. and go home at very late ! this is where the WARS STARTS !

bear with it... 2 more months and the war is OVER !
hahahahahahahahah..
then there will be another NEW WAR coming.. LOL !
when you are working.. you will face alot of WARS !

its challenging.. but NO FUN.. and you can learn alot of things in all these WAR !
hahahahahhaha..

ok its 11pm soon.. i betta get some sleep now.. im very tired.. and very sick of some people living in this small city..

i hope i dont get any nightmares tonight.. !!
